MPC manufactures Dry wall partition system which includes Studs & Tracks of different sizes like Stud ( 48.8mm, 60.8mm, 63.8mm, 70.8mm, 73.8mm, 88.8mm, 98.8mm, 148.8mm) and Track (50 mm, 62mm 65mm, 72mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, 150mm) .All accessories (Gypsum Boards, Corner Beads, Joint Strip, Insulation Materials) etc required for the system are also available from leading and well known manufacturers.

• The Stud upright sections are placed into the track connecting sections fastened to the floor and ceilings. The wall covering is fitted to both sides and is made up of gypsum board panels (GKB) or in the case of the F30 version of gypsum board panels (GKF) to DIM 18180. The insulation material insert depends on the stipulations with respect to fire protection and sound proofing.

• When Stud upright sections with a sheet steel gauge of 0.7mm are employed, the maximum wall height may be increased by 50 cm. The lightweight partition walls 56.6 permit planning to suit individual needs and allow optimum use to be made of the room.

• Versions 56.2, 56.4, and 56.6 can be used in the case of increased fire protection requirements up to class F30.

• For more fire protection up to class F60 - F90 - F120, technical details could be provided

• Power and  water supply can be installed in the wall cavity without difficulty.

• The position of the partition wall must be marked on the floor, wall and the ceiling.

• Sealing tapes is boarded to the U Channel on the floor and the ceiling.

• The U Channel is fastened to the floor and the ceiling using turn-pin anchors at 500mm center.

• Vertical connections are carried by placing C Studs in U Channel at 600mm center with Stud flanges pointing in direction of assembly.

• On the first side, tightly put plasterboard panels and fix to the C Studs with Black Star screws at 250mm center.

• Services may then be installed in partition. Fit mineral wool insulation security in partition cavity.

• Fix plasterboard to the second side, staggering joints in relation to the first side.

•  Apply filler joints, cut outs etc in accordance with DIM 18180 to provide flush finish.

• When installing door case, the partition wall substructure must be designed in accordance with the detail drawing, substructure for door case installation. The door case must be  screwed to the substructure.

• When glazing elements are installed, U Channel connecting sections fastened to C Studs upright sections must be fitted above and below the glazing case. The glazing case must be screwed to the substructure.
